HWC has become aware that bad actors are attempting to use our company name to gain access to individuals’ personal information. These events are not isolated to recognized patients, but the general population as a whole.

We would like to remind you to be diligent around protecting your data. While, for the security of your personal health records, it is imperative for our staff to verify who they are talking to and thus may ask for identifying information, we also recognize the need for you to protect yourself.  If you have concerns around an incoming phone call, please take the name and extension of the individual, then call us back at our published phone number.

We will never ask you for your social security number when calling. Thank you for your attention and diligence on this matter.
